18. To the sale at and for the consideration of twenty-five
thousand ($25,000) dollars, by Ulrica Dahlgren Pierce to St.
Mary's Academy, a religious corporation duly incorporated
under the laws of the State of Indiana, Notre Dame, St.
Joseph's County, Indiana, of certain land situated in Wash-
ington and Frederick Counties and known as "Dahlen," the
said land containing 180 acres, more or less, and being more
particularly described in a deed from the said Ulrica Dahlgren
Pierce to the said St. Mary's.
19. To the deed and conveyance by the Edmondson Realty
Company of Baltimore City, a body corporate, to the Emman-
uel English Evangelical Lutheran Church of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, to a certain lot of ground situate in the City
of Baltimore and State of Maryland, at the southwest corner
of Arunah and Warwick Avenues, which is more fully and
particularly described in said deed bearing date of the 17th day
of November, 1920, and recorded among the Land Records of
Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3670, Folio 389, etc., and
to the holding of the said lot of ground by the said corporation,
in fee simple, with full power to sell, lease, mortgage or in any
other way dispose of the same.
20. To the following bequests contained in the last will and
testament of Louis Gendason, late of Saint Mary's County,
which will is recorded in the office of the Register of Wills of
St. Mary's County:
A bequest of $50.00 to the Hebrew Hospital in Baltimore
City, Md.
21. A bequest of $5.0.00 to St. Mary's Hospital in Leon-
ardtown, Md.
22. A bequest of $50.00 to the Hebrew Charitable School
in Baltimore City, Maryland, called the "Talmus Torah
School."
23. A bequest of $50.00 to Gussie Gendason with request
that she donate same in any manner she thinks best for the
benefit of any Hebrew orphan children.
24. And to sanction and consent the authority, power and
direction given Wm. Meverell Loker, executor named in said
will, to purchase and to pay for from estate a "Torah" and
to donate same to any Hebrew Church in Baltimore City,
Maryland, designated bv Max Gendason or Gussie Gendason.
