With full power to said Baltimore Hebrew Chizuk Amuno
Congregation to hold, mortgage, sell, convey, lease or otherwise
dispose of any and all property acquired under the deeds here-
inbefore mentioned.

3. To the bequest of one hundred ($100) dollars in the
last will and testament of Dorothea J. F. Bernhard, late of
Talbot County, to the German Lutheran Church of Longwoods,
Talbot County, Maryland; the said last will and testament be-
ing dated July 10, 1917, and recorded in the Register of Wills
for Talbot County.

4. To the bequest contained in the last will and testament
of William F. Airey, late of Baltimore City, deceased, being
the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) given and bequeathed
to the Board of Trustees of Caroline Street M. E. Church of
Baltimore City, otherwise known as "Caroline Station of the

City of Baltimore," a corporation of the State of Maryland.

5. To the following gifts and bequests contained in the
last will and testament and the codicil thereto of Isabella W.
Blake, late of Baltimore City, deceased, admitted to probate
on January 23, 1919, and recorded in the office of the Register
of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 131,
Folio 22:

To the Baltimore Deaconess Home of the Methodist Epis-
copal Church of Baltimore City, a bond of the par value of one
thousand dollars ($1,000).

6. To the Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church
absolutely, a bond bearing six per cent interest if possible, of
the par value of one thousand dollars ($1,000), the income
thereof to be used in the payment of the pew rent of testatrix'
pew to be known as the "Blake Memorial Pew," with the re-
quest that the pew be held for the use of strangers and those
of the congregation who may not have pews or sittings.

7. To the Trustees of Grace Methodist Episcopal Church
a bond of the par value of five hundred dollars ($500) to -be
devoted to a fund for worn out preachers of the Baltimore
Conference of the Methodist Episcopal Church.

8. To the following gifts and bequests contained ia the last
will and testament of Margaret Adam, late of Baltimore City,
deceased, admitted to probate on March 7, 1921, and recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City, in
Wills Liber H. W. J. No. 137, Folio 232
