To the Trustees of the Baltimore Society of the New Jeru-
salem Church, the sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000).

9. To the English Ladies Aid of the said church the sum
of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).

10. To the German Ladies Aid of the said church the sum
of two hundred and fifty dollars ($250).

And if either, or both, of the said last named English Ladies
Aid and German Ladies Aid of said church, is or are, unincor-
porated bodies, then to the payment of said sum or sums to the
said church for the use of said unincorporated body or bodies
without thereby intending to create a trust.

11. Whereas, Mary C. Bixler, late of Carroll County, in
the State of Maryland, deceased, by her last will and testament,
duly admitted to probate in tbe Orphans' Court of Carroll
County on the twenty-ninth day of March, in the year nineteen
hundred and twenty-one, and which will is of record in the
office of tbe Register of Wills of Carroll County among the
Will Records in Liber W. A. No. 12, Folio 382, etc., gave and
bequeathed the sum of two thousand dollars to tbe Trustees
of Bixler's United Brethren Church in Christ, in Bachman's
Valley, Carroll County, Maryland; therefore,

That the assent, sanction and consent of the General Assem-
bly of Maryland be and the same is hereby given and declared

to the legacy or bequest of two thousand dollars contained in
the last will and testament of said Mary C. Bixler, deceased,
to the Trustees of Bixler's United Brethren Church in Christ,
in Bachman's Valley, Carroll County, Maryland.

12. To the bequest, gift and devise for the use and benefit
of the Trustees of St. Mary's Reformed Church of Silver Run,
Carroll County, Maryland, of the undivided one-fifth interest
of Jacob H. Dutterer in and to the trust fund of nineteen hun-
dred and twenty-two dollars and thirty-six cents ($1,922.36),
created by the last will and testament of James E. Dutterer,
for the benefit of Elizabeth Dutterer, now Elizabeth Myers, for
life and after ber death to the said Jacob M. Dutterer and
others. The said trust fund now being in the bands of The
Westminster Deposit and Trust Company, Trustee in Cause
No. 3483 on the Equity Docket of the Circuit Court for Car-
roll County, and payable after tbe death of tbe said Elizabeth
Myers, life tenant.
