oftener as a proper discharge of their official duties may re-
quire; and from the fifteenth day of September to the fifteenth
day of October, the said County Commissioners shall also sit
on the days above mentioned for the purpose of reviewing as-
sessments and making abatements. Said Board of County
Commissioners shall perform all the duties of the Highways
Commission of Baltimore County, and shall have all and singu-
lar the powers and authority conferred upon the Highways
Commission of Baltimore County Chapter 465 of the Acts of
1904 and the several amendments and supplements thereto.
Nothing contained in this Act shall repeal or modify Chapter
28 or Chapter 49 of the Acts of 1920 in any particular.

CHAPTER 38.
AN ACT to repeal Chapter 443 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session 1910,
entitled "An Act to repeal Chapter 214 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the January Ses-
sion 1894, and Chapter 203 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, passed at the January Session 1908,
entitled An Act to authorize, direct and require the County
Commissioners of Baltimore County to make a special an-
nual levy of ten (10) cents on the one hundred dollars
($100. 00). of the whole assessable property situated and
located within the limits of the villages of Canton and High-
landtown, in Baltimore County, for the purposes of grading,
paving and curbing certain streets in said villages. "
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 443 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland, passed at the January Session 1910, be and the
same is hereby repealed in its entirety.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That all Acts and parts of Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland inconsistent with the
provisions of this Act be and the same are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after the first day of January, 1923.
