land fifteen (15) feet wide extending along the Blair Road
in Montgomery County from a point one hundred and fifty
(150) feet east of the westernmost boundary of the right-of-
way of the Washington Suburban Electric Railway Com-
pany to Seek's Corner.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the State Roads Commission be, and it is hereby
authorized to acquire, for the purposes of a roadway or side-
walk or both, by any of the means authorized by the provisions
of Section 34 of Article 91 of the Annotated Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, and, if by condemnation, then in
the manner prescribed by Section 63 of said Article 91, a
strip of land fifteen (15) feet in width extending along the
Blair Road in Montgomery County from a point one hundred
and fifty (150) feet east of the westernmost boundary of the
right-of-way of the Washington Suburban Electric Railway
Company to Seek's Corner, said land to be acquired on either
side of said road or in part on each side of said road, as the
said State Roads Commission may elect.

And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the 1st day of June, 1922.

AN ACT to incorporate the Talmudical Seminary of Baltimore.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Rabbi A. N. Swartz, Rabbi S. Schaffer and Simon
Rief, and their successors and assigns, be and they are hereby
created a body corporate by the name of the Talmudical Sem-
inary of Baltimore, and by that name shall have perpetual suc-
