paid to said Commission; provided that the Amateur Athletic
Union, the Young Men's Christian Association, The Ameri-
can Legion and every organization of the Maryland National
(or State) Guard, shall be exempted from payment of any
license fee in connection with any amateur boxing, sparring
or wrestling matches held under the auspices or sanction of
any of the said organizations, but shall be subject to all the other
provisions of this sub-title, and to such rules and regulations as
have been or shall be adopted by the said Commission. And
said Commission shall on the first day of December in each and
every year pay said fees, after deducting therefrom the ex-
penses of the Commission, including the salaries of its mem-
bers and secretary and such other expenses as may be payable
out of said fees, to the treasurer of the State.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the provisions of
Sections 116C, 116G, 116H, 116-I, 116 J, 116K, 116L, 116M,
116N, 116-O, 116P, 116Q and 116R of said Article 56, as en-
acted bv said Chapter 710 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of 1920, and Sections 116A, 116B, 116D, 116E
and 116F of said Article 56 as re-enacted hereby, shall apply
to Baltimore City and to every county of this State.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That should any of the
sections or parts of sections contained in this sub-title be held
to be unconstitutional and void by the Court of Appeals of this
State, it is hereby expressly declared that the remaining sec-
tions or parts of sections of said sub-title are not to be in-
validated thereby, but are to remain in full force and effect as
if the sections or parts of sections held unconstitutional had
never been enacted, and that all other Acts, whether general or
local, public or private, inconsistent with the provisions of this
sub-title, be and the same are hereby repealed, to the extent of
such inconsistency.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted. That this Act shall take
effect on the 1st of June, 1922.
