CHAPTER 366.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 39 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Fish and Fisheries," sub-title
"Crabs," to be known as Section 94B and to follow imme-
diately after Section 94A of said Article, said new section
prohibiting the use of any sort of engine in or upon any
boat or vessel, while said boat or vessel is being used in
scraping or scooping crabs, and imposing penalties for viola-
tions thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
39 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Fish and Fish-
eries," sub-title "Crabs," to be known as Section 94B and to
follow immediately after Section 94A of said Article, and to
read as follows:
94B. No person shall use any engine of any kind in or
upon any boat or vessel, while said boat or vessel is being used,
or while said person is engaged, in scraping or scooping crabs
in any of the waters of this State. Any person violating any
of the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a misde-
meanor and, upon conviction thereof before a justice of the
peace, shall be fined ten dollars ($10.00) for the first offense
and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the second and each suc-
ceeding offense.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 367.
AN ACT to add a new section to Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (revised edition of 1915), title
"City of Baltimore," sub-title "Police Commissioner," said
new section to be known as Section 745 1/4, to follow imme-
diately after Section 745 of said Article, providing that the
time spent by members of the Police Force in service dur-
ing the world war shall be construed as having been spent
on said Police Force in determining seniority rating.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
