kept as a separate account and fund and no part thereof shall
ever be used for any other purpose than to liquidate the certifi-
cates of indebtedness, and interest thereon, issued for side-
walks, curbs, gutters and roadbed and street improvements,
which certificates when paid, shall be cancelled and in addi-
tion to being properly kept and filed among- the papers of
said town, a copy of which certificates thus cancelled shall be
entered upon a separate book kept for the purpose aforesaid;
and should the treasurer of said town ever divert the use of
any of said sidewalk or street improvement fund, he shall,
upon conviction, be fined not more than $1,000 or imprisoned
for a term not exceeding two years, or both fined and im-
prisoned in the discretion of the court.

CHAPTER 365.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 228
of Article 12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, title "Garrett County," sub-title "Wild Animals," as
said section was enacted by Chapter 105 of the Acts of 1920,
relating to the bounty paid for killing certain wild animals.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 228 of Article 12 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Garrett County," sub-title
"Wild Animals," as said section was enacted by Chapter 105
of the Acts of 1920, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments to read as follows:

228. Anv citizen of the State of Maryland who shall kill or

destroy any wildcat, weasel or fox within the limits of Garrett
County, shall be entitled to the following allowance or bounty,
viz.: For each wildcat, the sum of two dollars; for each weasel,
the sum of fifty cents; for each fox, the sum of two dollars.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.
