CHAPTER 328.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 213, 214, 216A, 216C, 216G,
216H, 216-I, 216J, 216K, 216L, 216M, 216N, 216-O, 216P,
216Q, 216R, 216S and 216T of Article I of the Public
Local Laws, title "Allegany County," sub-title "Roads," as
enacted by the Acts of 1904, Chapter 262, Section 216D of
said Article I as enacted by the Acts of 1906, Chapter 824;
Section 215 of said Article I as enacted by the Acts of 1910,
Chapter 416; Sections 216E and 216F of said Article I as
enacted by the Acts of 1912, Chapter 74; Sections 211, 212,
216 and 216H of said Article I, as enacted by the Acts of
1914; Chapter 787; and Sections 216U, 216U1, 216U2 and
216U3, as enacted by the Acts of 1918, Chapter 50. All
under title "Allegany County," sub-title "Roads," and to
enact in leiu thereof 20 sections of said Article I, title
"Allegany County," sub-title "Roads," to be designated as
211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 216A, 216B, 216C, 216D,
216E, 216F, 216G, 216H, 216-I, 216J, 216K, 216L, 216M,
216N, providing for a Road Engineer in Alleganey County,
and to place all roads in Allegany County under his control.

CHAPTER 329.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 5 of
Article 93 (Testamentary Law) of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 5 of Article 93 (Testamentary Law) of the
Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, be and the same is

hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, so that said
section shall read as follows:

5. On the other side shall be stated the disbursements
by him made, viz.: First, funeral expenses, to be allowed at
the discretion of the court according to the condition and cir-
cumstances of the deceased, not to exceed three hundred dollars,
except by special order of the court and provided the es-
tate of the decedent be solvent; second, charges for med-
ical attendance in last illness, to be allowed at the discretion of
the court according to the condition and circumstances of the
