trucks shall immediately upon being warned of the approach of
such fire engine give the same the right of way, and shall
stop and shall not move on its way until suck fire engine is two
hundred feet distant from them in the direction said tire engine
or apparatus is moving, and no vehicles, cars, automobiles or
trucks shall park or be permitted to stand within two hundred
feet of any lire engine or apparatus while such tire engine or
apparatus is attending a tire. Any violation of this section
shall be punishable by a fine of not less than five dollars nor
more than fifty dollars or imprisonment for not less than five
days nor more than sixty days.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the following addi-
tional section to be known as Section 216 I, following immedi-
ately after Section 216H of Chapter 163, Acts 1920, be added
to the Code of Public Local Laws of Baltimore County and to
read as follows, that is to say:
Section 216 I. Any permanent member of the Fire Depart-
ment of Baltimore County who shall reach the age of sixty
years while serving as such, shall by the County Commissioners
of Baltimore County, be retired at that time, and such member
shall be placed upon the pension roll as provided in Section
216E of this Act and entitled to all the benefits therefrom as
therein provided for.

CHAPTER 201.
AN ACT to repeal Sub-section B, entitled "Qualifications of
Voters" of Section 4, of Chapter 456 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assemblv of Maryland of the Session of 1916, entitled
an Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments the Charter
of the town of Brunswick, in Frederick County, etc., and re-
enact said sub-section with amendments, so as to extend the
qualifications of voters to the female inhabitants of said
town.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sub-section B, entitled "Qualifications of Voters,"
of Section 4, Chapter 456 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of the Session of 1916, entitled an Act to repeal
