provided for in this section, not set or placed as herein re-
quired, may seize and destroy any such trap, dead fall or
device so found in violation of the provision of this Act.
151B. The sheriff and all deputy sheriffs, constables, game
wardens and deputy game wardens, and all peace officers, are
hereby required and it is their duty to enforce the provisions
of this. Act, and shall have the right to arrest without process
any person found by them in the act of violating any of the
provisions of this Act, and they shall have authority to seize,
without process, any and all traps, dead falls or other devices
found in the possession of any person on the premises or lands
of another in violation of the provisions of this Act, and
forthwith shall take such offender before any justice of the
peace having jurisdiction of the offense and said justice of
the peace, upon the complaint of any of said officials or other
persons, shall proceed to try such person, and shall, upon con-
viction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than
five dollars ($5. 00) nor more than twenty-five dollars ($25. 00)
for each offense, and upon failure to pay any fine and costs,
imposed by any justice of the peace, the person so convicted
shall be confined in the county jail for a term of one day for
every dollar of said fine and costs so imposed.

road from the Somerset end of the ferry at White Haven, in
Wicomico County, to Princess Anne, in Somerset County.

CHAPTER 251.
AN ACT to authorize Rose Hill Cemetery of Hagerstown, a
Maryland corporation, to convert itself from a stock com-
pany into a non-stock company, under the management of a
self-perpetuating Board of Trustees, and denning the powers
and duties of said trustees.
WHEREAS, "Rose Hill Cemetery of Hagerstown, " a corpo-
