SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Board of Education of Talbot County
be and it is hereby authorized and directed to provide free
transportation for all the children in the elementary, grammar
and high schools in all eases where free transportation is pro-
vided for the children in the primary or lower grades.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Talbot County be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to levy annually a sum sufficient to pay the cost
of providing the free transportation required by the preceding
section of this Act.
SEC 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 220.
AN ACT to provide for the general indexing of Equity and
Magistrate Judgment Records of Cecil County according to
the most approved modern system in vogue.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil County be
and he is hereby authorized to make a general index of the
Equity Records of said Cecil County from Docket No. 1 to
Docket No. 8, inclusive, and of the Magistrate Judgment Rec-
ords from Volume No. 3 and Volume No. 4, inclusive, ac-
cording to the most approved system now in vogue.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the cost of said
indexing be paid by the clerk of the Circuit Court for Cecil
County out of the excess fees of his office for the fiscal years
ending November 30th, 1922 and 1923, after the payment of
all the office expenses and salary of the said Clerk and his dep-
uties shall have been paid.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.
