title "Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore City, " said new sec-
tion to be known as 326A and to follow immediately after
Section 326 of said Article, providing for the election of
another Judge of the Supreme Bench of Baltimore City,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted be the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new section be and it is hereby added to Article
4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "City
of Baltimore, " sub-title "Circuit Court No. 2 of Baltimore
City, " to be known as Section 326A, to follow immediately
after Section 326 of said Article, and to read as follows:

326A. In addition to the present Judges of the Supreme
Bench of Baltimore City, there shall be elected another Judge
of the Supreme Bench of said city by the legal and qualified
voters of said city at the election to be held on the Tuesday
next after the first Monday of November, 1922; the said
Judge, when elected, to be subject to all the provisions of the
Constitution and laws relating to the Supreme Bench in Bal-
timore City and the several Judges thereof.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

Approved April 13th, 1922.

CHAPTER 219.

AN ACT to authorize and direct the County Board of Educa-
tion of Talbot County to provide free transportation for cer-
tain pupils attending the public schools of said county and
to authorize and direct the County Commissioners of said
county to levy a sum sufficient to pay the cost of such trans-
portation.

WHEREAS, At the present time free transportation is pro-
vided for children in the elementary trades attending; certain

public schools in Talbot County; and

WHEREAS, Free transportation is not provided for children
in the higher grades and for those attending the high schools;
and

WHEREAS, Transportation could be provided for the children
in the other grades and the high schools with little additional
expense; therefore,
