nation, or refusal to act of one or more of the hereinbefore pro-
vided judges and clerks of election, then in that event it shall
be the duty of the said George Castle to fill such vacancy or
vacancies.

CHAPTER 154.
AN ACT to repeal Sections 85, 86, 87, 88, 90, 91, (Section 91
having been amended by Chapter 315 of the Acts of 1920).
92 and 93 of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land, title "Health", sub-title "Tuberculosis", and to
enact in lieu thereof a new section, to be known as Sec-
tion 85 of the said Article, to provide for the distribution
of materials used for the prevention of tuberculosis.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 85, 86, 87, 88, 90, 91 (Section 91 having
been amended by Chapter 315 of the Acts of 1920), 92 and 93
of Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title
"Health", sub-title "Tuberculosis", be and the same are here-
by repealed.
SECTION 2. And be it further enacted, That a new section
to be known as Section 85, be and the same is hereby added to
Article 43 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, title "Health",
sub-title "Tuberculosis", to be known as Section 85 of said
Article, and to read as follows:
SEC. 85. The state board of health shall prepare and furnish
the local health officers or the physician attending any person
infected with tuberculosis, upon due requisition, such printed
instructions and precautions and such supplies and materials
as it shall deem necessary for the prevention of the spread of
the disease.

CHAPTER 155.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with Amendments Section
24 of Article 33 of Bagby's Annotated Code of Maryland,
Title "Elections, " as amended by Chapter 247, Acts of
1918.
