after the receipt of said notice, then the visitors and governors
shall proceed to fill said vacancy for the unexpired term.
Any graduate of the Collegiate or Normal Department of
Washington College and any student who left the college in
good standing after having completed sufficient work to entitle
him or her to a sophomore or senior normal rating shall be
qualified to participate in the election by the alumni of Wash-
ington College of members of the visitors and governors of
said college; provided that no ex-student shall be entitled to
participate in said election until after the class to which he
or she belongs shall have been graduated.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all parts of Chap-
ter 8 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland
of the April Session of 1782 inconsistent with the provisions
of this Act are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.
CHAPTER 122.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Article 13.
Section 520, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land, Title "Harford County", sub-title "Wild Fowl"
changing the time of anchoring, going on and setting out
decoys "on the gunning grounds.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 520, of Article 13, of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Harford County", sub-title
"Wild Fowl", be and the same are hereby repealed and re-
enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
SEC. 520. Any person holding a license to gun for or after
wild water fowl shall, during gunning season, as fixed by Sec-
tion 499, be allowed to anchor or otherwise make stationary,
any boat or vessel or craft on the waters lying northward of
the line named in Section 498, after one half hour before sun-
set on the days preceding Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays,
prior to January first of said gunning season and on and after
January 1st of said gunning season after one half hour before
