Ordinances of The Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick, codi-
fied by Edward S. Delaplaine, Esq., in a volume published
by authority and under the direction of The Mayor and Alder-
men of Frederick and copyrighted under the Acts of the Con-
gress of the United States in the year 1920, be and the same
is hereby legalized and shall be deemed and taken in all Courts
of Law and Equity in the State of Maryland, and by all Jus-
tices of the Peace of the State of Maryland, and by all
public officials of the State of Maryland, to be legal evi-
dence of the Public Local Laws of Frederick County, Mary-
land, as contained in Article Eleven of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, of 1888, entitled "Frederick
County", sub-title "Frederick", in so far only, however, as
the said Article Eleven applies to the City of Frederick, and
all Public Local Laws applicable to the said City of Frederick
passed by the General Assembly of Maryland subsequent to
the year 1888 up to and including the regular session of the
General Assembly of Maryland held in the year 1920, and
the said Frederick City Code shall further be legal evidence
of the passage and contents, of the General Ordinances of The
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick, as codified therein
from Article I to Article XXI, inclusive, and as ratified,
enacted and ordained by The Mayor and Aldermen of Fred-
erick on the 15th of October, in the year 1920, except such
Sections of said Ordinances as have been subsequently
amended or repealed, and the said Frederick City Code shall
further be legal evidence of all Special Ordinances of The
Mayor and Aldermen of Frederick as therein contained.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, in the year 1922.

CHAPTER 100.

AN ACT to repeal Section 105-K of Article 10, of The Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title, "Dorchester
County", sub-title, "County Commissioners, Treasurer
and Collector", as enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, at the Session of 1918, Chapter 314, and to
re-enact the same with amendments.
