Chapter 76 of the Acts of 1920 of the General Assembly of

Assembly of Maryland; Chapter 22 of the Acts of 1920 of
the General Assembly of Maryland; Chapter 95 of the Acts
of 1920 of the General Assembly of Maryland: the whole

comprising the Charter of the City of Cumberland, in Alle-
gany County, Maryland, and to pass in lieu thereof Article
1A of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland contain-
ing 109 sections, to be known as "The Charter of the City
of Cumberland, " said 109 sections including a section re-
serving all existing rights, obligations and interests of the
Mayor and City Council of Cumberland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ly the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 45, 46, 46A, 4GB, 47, 48, 4SA, 58, 59. 63,
