ty's Road Fund, or so much thereof as may be necessary for
dynamite to keep open the Inlet and Bay two miles south of
Ocean City, that is now threatened to be closed, which prom-
ises to be of great value by salting about severity-five thousand
(75,000) acres of oyster bottoms.

NO. 19.
AUTHORIZING and directing the Attorney General of Mary-
land and his assistants to examine the Annotated Code of
Maryland and report the sections and articles of said
Code which are obsolete and useless and ought to be re-
pealed.
WHEREAS, a new edition of the Annotated Code of Maryland
is to be issued after the 1924 session of the General Assembly
of Maryland, including the laws enacted at said session; and
WHEREAS, there are numerous sections and articles of said
Code which are obsolete and useless; and
WHEREAS, all such obsolete and useless sections and articles
should be eliminated before the new edition of the Code is issu-
ed, therefore
Be it resolved by both Houses of the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Attorney General and his assistants be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to examine the
present Annotated Code and the laws enacted since its pub-
lication, and to report to the General Assembly of Maryland at
the next regular session in January 1924, the sections and
articles which are obsolete and useless and should be repealed;
and
Be it fuurther resolved, That at the time of submitting said
report, the Attorney General shall submit the necessary bills
for repealing the obsolete and useless sections and articles con-
tained in said report.
