Joint Resolution authorizing and directing the Public Service
Commission to investigate the railroad crossing near Millers-
ville.

WHEREAS, The conditions of the railroad crossing about two
hundred yards west of Millersville on the Washington, Balti-
more and Annapolis Railway are considered to be a menace to
life; therefore, be it

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Public Service Commission of Maryland be and it is hereby
authorized and directed to investigate the conditions existing
at the railroad crossing on the Washington, Baltimore and
Annapolis Railway, about two hundred yards west of Millers-
ville, and to take such steps as said Commission may deem
advisable to make said crossing safe.

at Shipley Station.

WHEREAS, The railroad crossing at Shipley Station in Anne
Arundel County on the W., B. & A. Railroad is considered to
be in a very bad and unsafe condition; therefore, be it

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Public Service Commission of Maryland be and it is hereby
authorized and directed to investigate the conditions surround-
ing the said railroad crossing at Shipley Station and to take
such steps as said Commission may deem advisable to make the
crossing at said station safe.
