shall aid, advise, and suggest the various needs required for
the construction and maintenance of all school properties, in-
cluding the equipment thereof, and he shall keep accurate item-
ized records of the expense of the construction and mainte-
nance of same, and yearly report to the County Board of Edu-
cation and the County Commissioners and explain whatever
items in the budget as may be required of him, so that the
County Board of Education and County Commissioners mav

be fully advised of the need of each item of the budget as
submitted by the Board of Education.
SEC. 9. Be it further enacted, That the salary of said super-
visor shall be twenty-five hundred dollars per annum, payable
monthly by the Board of Education for Montgomery County,
and said Board of Education shall annually include in tne
budget STibmitted by them to the County Commissioners the
sum of twenty-five hundred dollars for the salary of said super-
visor of school property, and the County Commissioners shall
include in their annual levy said sum of money to be paid
out of the amount of money levied for school purposes. He
shall be reimbursed for all actual necessary travelling and
other expenses and disbursements incurred or made by him
in the performance of his official duties, and no part of the
traveling or personal expenses of the said supervisor incurred
in the performance of his official duties shall be included in
or counted as a part of his annual salary.
SEC. 10. Be it further enacted, That all other Acts or parts
of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby
repealed in so far as they apply to Montgomery County.
SEC. 11. Be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the 1st day of June, A. D. 1922.
