require in all things better accommodations for the comfort,
convenience, and health of the teachers and children.

SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That the supervisor of school
property shall frequently inspect the privies, cesspools, sinks,
and plumbing on the school properties and cause same to be
operated and maintained in a sanitary manner. That said
supervisor shall from time to time cause an inspection of the
water supply of each and every school and have the same ana-
Ivzed to insure clean, healthv drinking; water at said schools.

SEC. 5. Be it further enacted, That the supervisor of school
property shall immediately cause to be made a survey of all
school property in said county, and enter the location, char-
acter, size, and condition of said school property in a book to
be kept for that purpose, and he shall personally inspect and
record and report the condition of same to the County Board
of Education and the County Commissioners with his recom-
mendations as to the needs of said property or the disposi-
tion of same, and in all matters and things in relation thereto,
it shall be the duty of said supervisor to improve and maintain
any and all school property of the county, so that it may be
preserved and utilized for the purposes intended, and not be
permitted to deteriorate or decay for lack of attention and
care, and for this purpose the said supervisor shall be required
to frequently inspect and recommend and cause to be made the
repairs required.

SEC. 6. Be it further enacted, That the supervisor of school
property shall have supervision of all the janitors of the school
buildings, and shall prescribe their duties in relation to same,
and may remove any janitor at any time for his neglect or
failure to properly attend the duties so assigned to him.

SEC. T. Be it further enacted, That the supervisor of school
property shall have such jurisdiction over all things herein
mentioned that the Board of Education or Treasurer thereof
shall not approve or pay any bill for anything in relation
thereto unless said account, bill or statement shall have en-
dorsed thereon the approval for payment of the supervisor of
school property.

SEC. 8. Be it further enacted, That the supervisor of school
property shall from time to time advise the County Board of
Education and the County Commissioners of Montgomery
Connty of all the matters and thing's herein contained, and
