Thence in a northwesterly direction to a stone on the east
side of the Washington and Baltimore Boulevard.
Thence in a westerly direction to a stone on the east side of the
Washington and Baltimore Boulevard, thence in a northerly
direction following the east side of said Boulevard to the point
of intersection of the Washington and Baltimore Boulevard and
the north side of Branchville Road.
Thence with the northern boundary of said road in an east-
erly direction to the eastern boundary of the electric road
right-of-way.
Thence with the eastern boundary of said electric road in a
southerly direction to the northern boundary of Second Street.
Thence in an easterly direction with the northern boundary
of Second Street to the property of T. A. H. Miller.
Thence with said Miller's outlines in a southeasterly direc-
tion to the east side of the Baltimore and Ohio right-of-way.
Thence with the east side of the Baltimore and Ohio right-
of-way to the beginning.
SEC. 3. That the government of said town shall be vested
in a board of six commissioners to be elected at large as here-
inafter provided, each of whom shall be a freeholder or the
wife or husband of a freeholder, shall have resided within the
town for at least two years next preceding the election and
shall be an actual resident at the time of election in the dis-
trict from which elected.
SEC. 4. The Town of Berwyn shall be divided into three
districts as follows:
District One shall include all of that section within the town
limits lying between the City and Suburban Electric Railroad
and the east boundary line of the town.
District Two shall include all that section within the town
limits lying west of the City and Suburban Electric Railroad
and south of the center of Prince George's Avenue projected
to the west boundary of the town.
District Three shall include all that section within the town
limits lying west of the City and Suburban Electric Railroad
and north of the center line of Prince George's Avenue pro-
jected to the west boundary of the town.
SEC. 5. All citizens of the town of Berwyn above the age of
twenty-one years, who shall have resided within the corporate
limits of said town for at least one year prior to any election
