Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County, " sub-title
"Frederick, " as codified in the Code of Public Local Laws of
Frederick County, Maryland, (legalized by Chapter 86 of the
Acts of 1918) be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments, so as to read as follows:
232. The term of office of the Aldermen elected at the regular
election shall begin on the first Monday next after their election,
on which day their first meeting shall be held, and shall con-
tinue in office until their successors in office are duly elected
and qualified. The Mayor of said City may convene the
Board of Aldermen whenever and as often as it may appear to
him that the interests of the city require their deliberation.
Provided, however, that the Mayor shall be required to call a
special meeting of the Board of Aldermen whenever requested
in writing by four Aldermen.

CHAPTER 60.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 187
of Offutt's Code of the Public Local Laws of Baltimore
County of the Edition of 1916, as the same was repealed
and re-enacted by Chapter 75 of the Acts of 1920, so as to
decrease the compensation of the judges and clerks of elec-
tion in said county.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 187 of Offutt's Code of the Public Local
Laws of Baltimore County of the Edition of 1916, as the same
was repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, by Chapter 75
of the Acts of 1920, be and the same is hereby repealed and
re-enacted so as to read as follows:
Section 187. The judges and clerks of election in said
county shall receive six dollars a day while acting as such.
