purposes to make uniform the law of those States which enact
it.

Section 36C. (Short Title.) This Act may be cited as the
Uniform Foreign Depositions Act.

CHAPTER 481.

AN ACT to direct the use of money received by the Treasurer of
Baltimore County from the Maryland Racing Commission.

SECTION 1. Be U enacted Toy the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That all money received by the Treasurer of Baltimore
County from the Maryland Racing Commission shall be used
and expended for the repair and construction of public county
roads in Baltimore County, except the sum of two thousand
($2,000) dollars,, which sum shall be paid annually by said
Treasurer to the White Hall Farmers' Club and Improvement
Association, and except the sum of two thousand ($2,000)
dollars, which said sum shall be paid annually by said Treas-
urer to the Maryland State Fair and Agriculture Society of
Baltimore County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all laws or parts of
laws, public, general or local laws, of the State of Maryland
inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such
inconsistency.

CHAPTER 482.

AN ACT to repeal Section 24 of Article 43 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland, title "Health," and to re-enact the same
with amendments; and to add a new section to said Article
43, to be known as Section 29A, for the purpose of creat-
ing a Bureau of Child Hygiene in the State Health De-
partment, and to define the duties of such Bureau.
