SEC. 13. And be it further enacted, That all acts and deeds
of the said corporation shall be signed by the president in be-
half of the corporation and sealed with their corporate seal and
all deeds for the conveyance of any lands and tenements of
the corporation which they may be authorized to sell or convey
and which by the laws of the land ought to be acknowledged
and recorded shall be signed and sealed as aforesaid, and shall
be. acknowledged in due form by an attorney to be therein
named and appointed in behalf of the corporation and all
acts and deeds of the said body corporate so authorized and
authenticated shall be deemed valid.

SEC. 14. And be it further enacted, That no person unau-
thorized to preach or exhort by the authorities of the Methodist
Protestant Church shall be introduced by the Minister in
charge into the pulpit belonging to said church or station if
opposed by a majority of the trustees and if the Minister in
charge shall refuse to permit any person who may make appli-
cation to preach in the church belonging to this station a
majority of the trustees may nevertheless grant such applicant
permission.

SEC. 15. And be it further enacted, That the General As-
sembly of Maryland reserves the right to amend, alter or repeal
this Act or any part thereof.

SEC. 16 And be it further enacted. That all Acts or parts
of Acts, laws or parts of laws, general or special, inconsistent
with the provisions of this Act be and they are hereby repealed
to the extent of such inconsistency.

SEC. IT. And be it further enacted. That tbis Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

AN ACT, to regulate money deposited or advanced upon a
contract, for the future use or rental of motion picture
films, and to provide a place in which to deposit it,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted ~by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That whenever money shall be deposited or advanced on
a contract for the future use or rental of motion picture films
