ALBERT C. RITCHIE, GOVERNOR. 1077

Maryland, deceased, which said will bears date of February
19th, A. D. 1913, was duly probated in the Orphans' Court of
Baltimore City on January 30th, A. D. 1918, and is now re-
corded among the records in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in "Wills," Liber H. W. J. Xo. 128, folio
35, etc., that is to say:

(a) To the sum of five thousand dollars to the General Ger-
man Orphans' Association of Baltimore City, a body corpo-
rate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Mary-
land, as set forth and contained in Section 15 of the aforesaid
will;

(b) To the sum of five hundred dollars to the president and
directors of the General German Aged Peoples' Home of Bal-
timore City, a body corporate, duly incorporated under tbe
laws of the State of Maryland, as set forth and contained in
Section 16 of the aforesaid will;

(e) To the gift, devise and bequest of the sum of five hun-
dred dollars to the Evangelical Lutheran Association of the
Augsburg Home for Orphans and the Aged of Baltimore City,
a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of Maryland (designated as and named the ''General German
Augsburg Home of Baltimore City" in the said will), as set
forth and contained in Section 1T of the aforesaid will;

(d) To the sum of five hundred dollars to the German So-
ciety of Maryland, a body corporate, duly incorporated under
the laws of the State of Maryland, as set forth and contained
in Section 18 of the aforesaid will; "

(e) To the gift, devise and bequest of five hundred dollars
to the Hebrew Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City, a body cor-
porate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Mary-
land (designated as and named the ''Hebrew Orphan Asylum"
in the said will), as set forth and contained in Section 19 of
the aforesaid will;

(f) To the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to St. Vin-
cent's Male Orphan Asylum of Baltimore City, a body corpo-
rate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of Mary-
land (designated as and named aSt. Vincent Male Orphan
Asylum" in tbe said will), as set forth and contained in Sec-
tion 20 of the aforesaid will;

(g; To the sum of two hundred and fifty dollars to St. An-
thoiiy's Orphan Asylum, a body corporate, duly incorporated
under the laws of tbe State of Maryland, as set forth and con-
tained in Section 21 of the aforesaid will;
