(74) To certain grants and deeds to St. John's African
Methodist Episcopal Church of Baltimore City, as follows:
(aJ From Har Sinai Congregation of the City of Balti-
more, a body corporate, said deed being dated October 4th,
1894, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City,
in Liber J. B. No. 1523, folio 438;
(b) From Charles H. Waters, said deed being dated June
13th, 1898, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber R. O. No. 1743, folio 525, and to the hold-
ing and disposing of the properties therein described by the
said St. John's African Methodist Episcopal Church of Balti-
more.
(75) To the bequest contained in the will of the late Vir-
ginia Bolton to the Vestry of Grace and Saint Peter's Church,
Baltimore, Maryland, of the sum of two thousand dollars, and
recorded in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore
Citv. in Wills. Liber H. W. J. 140. folio 277.

(76) To certain conveyances of real estate in Baltimore
City to the Trustees of the Presbyterian Church of the Cove-
nant of Baltimore City, as follows:
(a) By Sarah A. Hughes, widow, said deed dated Novem-
ber 4, 1892, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber J. B. No. 1418, folio 465;
(b) By Joel T. Rossiter, trustee, said deed dated Decem-
ber 3, 1903, and recorded among the Land Records of Balti-
more City, in Liber R. O. "No. 2047, folio 505.
(77) To the bequest of Charles C. Gorsuch, late of Carroll
County, in the State of Maryland, deceased, to the Trustees of
Centenary Methodist Episcopal Church of Westminster, Car-
roll County, Maryland, a religious body corporate of the sum
of one thousand dollars, in trust to invest the same in a fund
to be known as "The Charles C. Gorsuch Fund" and to use the
income therefrom towards the payment of the salary of the suc-
cessive ministers in charge of the said church, said will dated
March 30th, 1921, and recorded among the Will Records in
the office of the Register of Wills for Carroll County.
(78) To the sale and conveyance of a lot of land by Charles
A. Loockerman and wife to the Trustees of the First Baptist
Church of Crisfield, Somerset County, Maryland.
(79) To the bequest of Mrs. Mollie Beauchamp, deceased,
late of Somerset County, to St. Paul's Church, in her last will
