said River unless with the consent of the owner or tenant of
said shore or point and provided further that no Stick, Float-
ing or Booby Blind shall be anchored, tied or erected in said
River at a distance greater than one hundred yards from the
shore.

209. The Clerks of the Circuit Cburts for Kent and Cecil
Counties respectively, upon application of any bona fide
resident of Kent or Cecil Counties, or upon the application of
any person who is not a bona fide resident of either County
but who is the owner of real estate in either of said Counties
to the value of Five Hundred Dollars or more, being the owner
of any Sink Box, or the owner of any Stick, Floating or Booby
Blind, and desiring to obtain a License to use the same for
shooting Wild Fowl in the said Waters, shall grant a License
under the seal of their respective Courts to such Applicant,
specifying the name and residence of the applicant, the name
or number of the Sink Box, Stick, Floating or Booby Blind:
the waters embraced in said License, the penalty for its viola-
tion and the time for which said License is issued; and shall
be entitled to charge and receive Fifty Cents for issuing the
same, provided that at the time of the issuing of the same said
Applicant shall pay to said Clerks respectively the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) for each and every gunning Season as speci-
fied in the aforegoing Section.

210. Every applicant for a License shall be required to
make oath before the Clerks for the Circuit Courts for Kent
and Cecil Counties, that he is a bona fide resident of Kent or
Cecil County respectively or if he is not a bona fide resident
of either Kent or Cecil County that he is a Land Owner in
either Kent or Cecil County of the assessed value of at least
Five Hundred Dollars, and that he will obey and comply with
all the provisions of the aforegoing Sections; and every person
to whom such License maybe granted shall be required to paint
the number of his Sink Box, or his Stick, Floating or Booby
Blind, on some prominent part thereof to agree with the
number or name in said License; and no owner, hirer, borrow-
er or other person shall use or employ any Sink Box, or any
Stick, Floating or Booby Blind, of any description whatever
for the purpose of shooting at Wild Fowl therefrom in the
Waters of said Sassafras River without such License to so use
and employ said Sink Box, or Stick, Floating or Booby Blind,
having first been obtained.
