of the Clerk of the Court to present said deed to the Clerk
of the County Commissioners to have it certified before record-
ing the same. The Clerk of the Circuit Court of Caroline
County shall not transmit to the County Commissioners of said
County a list of the alienations of property by deed, as pro-
vided in Section 10 of Article 81 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland. All Acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith are
hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted^ That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1922.

CHAPTER 458.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections
208, 209 and 210 of Article 15 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title, '' Kent County,''
sub-title, "Wild Fowl," (the same being Sections 371, 3T*
and 373 of Article 8 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title, "Cecil County," sub-
title, "Wild Fowl").

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 208, 209 and 210 of Article 15 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title,
"Kent Count}'," sub-title, "Wild Fowl1," (the same being
Sections 371, 372 and 373 of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of the State of Maryland, title, "Cecil County,"
sub-title. "Wild Fowl,"), be repealed] and re-enacted with
Amendments, so as to read as follows:

208. It shall be lawful for the bona fide residents of Kent
and Cecil Counties and also the owner or owners of real estate
of the value of Five Hundred Dollars or more in Kent or
Cecil Counties, who are not actual bona fide residents of either
County, to shoot Wild Fowl from Sink Boxes and from
Sticks, Floating or Booby Blinds in the Waters of the Sassa-
fras River, in said Counties, from the First day of November
until the 31st day of January, in each year, upon obtaining a
License so to do, as provided in the succeeding Section; pro-
vided, that no shooting from Sink Boxes shall be allowed within
one hundred yards of any shore or point on the Cecil side of
