and assignes Exct.rs Admt.rs doth covenant & agree and
with y.e s.d Griffith Jones his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs in maner
& forme following that is to say y.t he y.e s.d Simon Wilmer
is now y.e true & Lawfull owner of all & singular y.e before
barganed premises & y.t at y.e Ensealing & delivery of these
presents is Lawfully seized of y.e same & y.t he hath full
power & Lawfull authority to grant bargan sell & assure
y.e premises with y.e premises apurtenances & every part
& parcell thereof unto him y.e s.d Griffith Jones his heirs
& assignes in maner & forme afforesd & further y.t y.e s.d
Griffith Jones his heirs & assignes shall & may from on
henceforth for ever have hold use occupy possess & enjoy
Quietly & peaceably y.e s.d tract of Land with all and
every y.e premises & apurtenances thereto belonging &
may also Lawfully Receive take & have & enjoy all &
singular y.e Rents Issues & profits thereof from time to
time comeing growing & renewing to y.e onely use &
behoofe of y.e s.d Griffith Jones his heirs & assignes forever
according to y.e true intent & meaning of these p.rsents
with any let disturbance or Interruption of him y.e s.d
Simon his heirs or assignes or by any other person
or persons whatsoever claming by from or under
him them or any of them or by from or under his or
their means act consent title or procurement y.e rents
& services which from henceforth shall become due &
payable for & in respect of y.e premises to y.e right
honble y.e Lord proprietary onely Excepted And y.e s.d
Simon doth for himselfe his heir Exct.rs &c.a further
covenant & agree y.t ^y.e s.d Simon^ his heirs Exct.rs & Admt.rs & ever other
person or persons Lawfully claiming any right title or
Intrest in y.e before barganed premises shall & will
upon every Resonable request & at y.e Costs & Charges in
