of Tobaccoe cost of suit in the hands of the said William

Command was given to the sherif of Kent County the 28.th day
of April Anno Dom 1698 that he Take Daniel Norris if he
should be found in his Bailiwick soe that he have his Body
before his Maj.ties Justices att the next Court to satisfie unto Eliz.a
Coursey Adm.rx of Thomas Blackad.r 1467.ll of Tobaccoe &c.a

Att which Court viz the 28.th day of June Anno Dom 1698
the day of returne of said Writt came Cap.t Edward Sweatnam
high sheerif of sd County and made returne of sd Writt in these
wordes viz   Cepi Edw Sweatnam sheft

Memorandum June the 27.th 1698 then came before me Robert
Smith one of his Maj.ties Justices for his Province of Maryland
Daniel Norris Michael Miller and did then confess Judgm.t unto
Elizabeth Coursey Adm.rx Thomas Blackador for the just sume
of Fourteen hundred sixty seven Debt and cost with Coat
Execution unto the Tenth day of October According to Act of
assembly the day and Yeare above Coran me Robert Smith

Dennis Brinn on which the sheerif returned that
the sd Dennis Brinn still remained in his Custody for want of Bugers

Therfore it is Ordered by this Court that the said Dennis Brinn
be Appraised by Thomas Piner and Rice Jones and the sheerif is
hereby Impowered to sweare the said appraisers and when y.e said Dennis
is appraised soe as aforesaid Ordered that he be delivered to M.r Charles
Tilden
