Therfore it is considered by this Court that the said Boy
Charles Pharris of the Estate of Sam.l Withers be condemned
for satisfaction of said Simon Wilmer according to Appraisement
                                                              S Wilmer Clk

And the said Simon Wilmer by Richard Macklin his Att.ry
moves this Court that his Maj.ties writt of venditione exponas
may issue to the sheerif which is Accordingly ordered
                                                              S Wilmer Clk

Command was given to the sheerif of Kent County the
28.th day of April Anno Dom 1698 that he Attach any
the goods Chattels &c.a of Sam.l Withers late of said County
decead to the value of One Thowsand Seaventy and Six
poundes of Tobaccoe a certain debt and cost recovered ag.t
the ^sd^ Withers his Estate by Coll John Hynson and that by good
and Lawfull men &c.a soe that he she or they be and appeare
att the next Court to shew cause &c.a

Att which Court viz the 28.th day of June Anno Dom 1698
the day of returne of said Writt came Capt Edward Sweatnam
high sheerif of said County and made Returne of said Writt
in these wordes following I have Attached in the hands of
William Robinson of the goods and Chattels of Sam.l Withers
decead to the value of One Thowsand Seaventy and Six
poundes of Tobaccoe and have made Knowne before W.m
Sparkes sen.r and William Sparkes jun.r that he the said W.m
Robinson be and appeare &c.a as by this Writt I am Commanded
Edw Sweatnam sheft

To which the said W.m Robinson appeared and declared here
in Court that he had several Cattle in his Possession of the
Estate of Sam.l Withers Decd and shewing no cause why the same
should not be condemned for sattisfaction aforesaid

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the said Coll John
Hynson have Execucon ag.t the Estate of Sam.l Withers for the
aforesaid sume of One Thowsand Seaventy and Six poundes
