Chatels of Samuel Withers decead to the value of Three Thowsand
Five hundred poundes of Tobaccoe and ^have^ made Knowne
unto before W.m Sparkes sen.r and W.m Sparkes jun.r that he the
said Robinson be and appeare &c.a as by this Writt I am Commanded 
Edw Sweatnam sheft

To which the said William Robinson appeares but shewing
no reasonable cause why the same should not be condemned
Judgm.t is Awarded for the seale Condemnacon

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the Plt Rhennatus
Smith have Execucon for the sume of Three Thowsand
Five Hundred poundes of Tobaccoe of the Estate of Sam.l
Withers in the hands of W.m Robinson

Command was given to the sheerif of Kent County the 28.th day of
April Anno Dom 1698 that he Attach any the goods &c.a of Sam.l
Withers late of sd County decead if they should be found in his
Bailiwick to the value of Nine hundred and Forty poundes of
Tobaccoe to sattisfie unto Simon Wilmer a certain debt and
cost and that by good and Lawfull men &c.a soe that he she or
they be and Appeare att the next Court to shew cause &c.a

Att which Court viz the 28.th day of June Anno Dom 1698
the day of returne of said Writt came Cap.t Edward Sweatnam
high sheerif of said County and made returne of sd writt in
these words following I have Attached of the goods and chattels
of Sam.l Withers one Boy named Charles Pharris in the possession
of William Robinson and have made Knowne to the said W.m
Robinson before Henry Willcocks and W.m Comegys soe that he
be and appeare &c.a to shew cause &c.a as by this Writt I am Commanded
Edward Sweatnam sheft

To Which the said W.m Robinson appeares and saith he hath
nothing to say Why the said Boy should not be condemned
for sattisfaction as aforesaid
