Deliver the same sound and in good order to the said Xtopher
when therunto in some reasonable time required he the said
Xtopher paying unto him the sd Robert his Accustomed price
for Thickning the said cloath and the said Xtopher in fact saith
that he trusting and confideing in the promise and Assumption
aforesd of him the sd Robert did deliver the aforesaid peice of
Kersey to the said Robert to be Thickned in the Fulling Milne [mill]
of the said Robert as aforesd and then to be redelivered at y.e
by the said Robert to the said Xtopher as aforesd Yett Neverthelesse
the said Robert his promise and Assumption aforesd little regarding
but plotting contriveing and fraudulently intending him y.e
the said Xtopher craftily to deceive and defraud the said peice
of cloath to the Xtopher he hath not delivered alltho often demanded
but the same to deliver doth deny and refuse and unjustly detain
wherby Accon doth Accrue to the sd Xtopher who saith he the
worse is and damage hath to the value of 625.ll of Tobaccoe
and therupon the plt brings this Accon &c.a

Command was therfore given to the sheerif of Kent County that
he cause Twelve good and Lawfull men of his Bailiwick to come
before this Court to try the Issue Joyned as above which Jury are

John Tillard
John Mosse
Thomas Punney
William Boulton
Thomas Smith
Henry Green

Jurors

Which Jury being duely sworne to try the Issue Joyned and haveing
heard the Evidence and pleadings on both sides the Court
giveth them their charge who withdraw to consider on the p.rmises
and after somtime doe returne and being called over as allsoe
the plt and Defend.t Doe say they find for the Defend.t and
soe they say all            Judgm.t according to verdict
