County the 23.th day of November Anno Dom 1697 and
being allowed until the next Court for fileing his reasons
which being not performed the Plts by Matthew Warde their
attorney moves this Court that Judgm.t be Awarded according
to verdict of the Jury w.ch is accordingly granted granted

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the plts Sarah
Daniel and John Toaes doe recover from the Defend.t Hugh
Marsh as well the sume of Tenn Thowsand poundes of Tobaccoe
as allsoe the sume of Seaven hundred and Three poundes
of Tobaccoe cost of suit
