that he may have an Order ag.t the Adm.rs of William Hodges
for six dayes Your Peticoner Waited att Court to Testifie the
Truth of his Knowlidge betwixt the Adm.rs of Hodges and John
Laycock being summoned on behalfe of the plt and in soe
doeing your Peticon.r in Duty is bound to pray

June y.e 27.th 1698

Which Peticon being read Ordered by this Court that the said
James George make Oath that he Attended soe long as in
his Peticon is sett forth and that he be allowed accordingly
out of the said Hodges his Estate sworne in Court that he
did attend six dayes
