On which said day the said Daniel Toaes by Michael
Earle his Attorney appeares and prayes therof to Imparle
until the next Court w.ch was granted the same day is
given to the plt allsoe

Which said cause being continued from Court to Court
until this present day

And now here att this day came the said Richd Macklin
who as well for himselfe &c.a and exhibits is said informacon
in these words viz

Kent Co fs               October y.e 9.th 1697

Then came Richard Macklin in his proper person and informes
ag.t Edward Fry of Kent County Inholder for that he the said Edward
contrary to an Act of Assembly made the Eighth day of May Anno
Dom 1695 att an Assembly held att the Port of Annapolis for this Province
of Maryland Entituled an Act for regulateing of Ordinaries
and limiting the Number of them within this Province hath
Kept an Ordinary att his the said Edwards dwelling house on Chester
River in said County within the Jurisdicon of this Court one Month
without Lycence first had and obtained and prayes that pcesse may
goe out ag.t the sd Edward to cause the said to Answer the sd Richard
Macklin who followes as well for our Lord the King as for himselfe
att the next Court to be Holden for Kent County

Kent fs  Be it remembred that on the 23.th day of November Anno
Dom 1697 comes here into Court Richard Macklin in his proper person
and Exhibits here into Court his certain informacon ag.t Edward Fry
of Kent County Inholder the Ten.r of which informacon followes in
these wordes            To the Justices of our Lord the King for Kent County

Kent fs  Be it remembred that Rich Macklin Gent who as well for our
Lord the King as for himselfe in that behalfe followes and gives y.e
