Grand Jury now appeares and submits to the Court

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the sd
Thomas Godwin be discharged therfrom paying his
Fees

Thomas Tagg being presented and Indicted p
grand jury and being called to Answer the same
but not appearing

Therfore it is Ordered by this Court that the said
Thomas be againe summoned to next Court

To the Worpp the Justices of the Peace now
sitting in Court the humble Peticon of Sam.l Taylor
in humble manner sheweth that whereas Yo.r Petitn.r
inhabiteth neere the Court house I humbly crave
of Yo.r Worpp that I may be Lycensed to sell drink and
victuals and as in duty bound Yo.r Peticoner shall ever
pray &c.a
