Cap.t Edward Sweatnam Reades Several papers and
Orders of Council

William Burton an Orphan Aged about Seaven Years
is by this Court bound to Daniel Mullikin who Engageth to
learne him the Trade of a Carpenter

Jacob Taylor is by this Court appointed Constable
of Island Creek Hundred

M.r Michael Miller haveing purchased of Cap.t James
Mitchel an East India Indian the sd James Mitchel declareth
here in Court that he sould him but for Five
Yeares to be commanded from the 28.th day of May last
to w.ch the said Miller consented

John Cogdale of Kent Island comes into Court and
proves an Accompt that Richard Keene his Serv.t absented
himselfe out of his said M.r Service the Space of
One and Twenty dayes and of this Court prayes Judgm.t

Therfore it is considered by this Court that the said
Richard Keene serve the said John Cogdale Tenn dayes
for one according to the above Acc.o and according to Act
of Assembly in such case made and provided
