Orphan Jury returne and being called over say they
have no presentm.ts and are discharged

Thomas Bayly Peticons this Court concerneing an
Orphan belonging to John Glandelling Decead and Robert
Norrest comeing and affirmeing to this Court that the sd
Orphan was left to Richard Scrivener his Wife

Ordered by this Court that the said Orphan Child be
bound unto the sd Richard Scrivener and allsoe that
Thomas Bayly be allowed for Keepeing the said Orphan
Child Two Months att the rate of One Hundred poundes
of Tobaccoe p month

Cap.t Edward Sweatnam produceth to this Court a Comicon
to be sheerif of this County

Ordered by this Court that the sd Sweatnam give Security
for performeing the said Office until Bond cann be drawne
for the same Maj.r Thomas Smyth and Thomas Ringgold
become Security in the sume of Two Hundred Thowsand pound
of Tobaccoe that y.e sd Sweatnam shall duely performe y.e sd Office
