To the Worshipfull the Justices of Kent County Court
the Humble Peticon of Elizabeth Lipshe haveing duely
haveing duely and faithfully served M.r Earle Five Yeares
according to the Custom of the Country Your Peticoner
doth humbly sue to have an Order for my corne and
clothes according to the Custome of the Country and Yo.r
Peticoner shall ever pray      Macklin p peticon.r

And the sd M.r Michael Earle comes and Exhibits to
this Court an Accompt ag.t the said Elizabeth Lipshe
and makes Oath therto by which it appeares that the sd
Earle hath overpaid the sd Lipshe

Appearance Dockett called And Cap.t Tho Ringgold
sitts which being pformed Tryal dockett called

Grand Jury returne and being called over doe present
Mary Pepper serv.t to Cap.t Edward Sweatnam for haveing
a Bastard Child signed Tho Piner Foreman
