881 And the sd John Green is allsoe allowed Two hundred poundes of Tobaccoe to be paid by Capt Edward Sweatnam to M.r Geofry Power to buy him some Necessary cloathing S Wilmer Clk William the Third by the Grace of God of England Scotland France and Ireland King Defender of the faith &c.a To the Justices of our County Court of Kent County Greeting Whereas Thomas Collins upon the 25.th day of March in the Yeare of our Lord One Thowsand six hundred Ninety and Seaven appealed from a certain Judgm.t obtained ag.t him in our said Court by John Chaires in a plea of Debt for sixteen hundred Fifty and Eight poundes And Halfe a pound of Tobaccoe to the Justices of our Prov.ll Court and for that the sd Thomas Collins hath not psecuted his said Appeale before our sd Justices w.th Effort Wee Therfore Command You that upon the Judgm.t aforesd Y.u doe proceed to Award Execucon theron as fully and Amply as if the sd Appeal before our sd Justices had Never been brought Witnesse Robt Smith Esq cheif Justice of our sd Court this Twenty sixth day of October in the Ninth Yeare of our Reigne Annoq Dom 1697 W Dent Chr Gregory Clk Therfore it is considered by this Court that the sd John Chaires have Execucon ag.t the sd Thomas Collins for the aforsd sume of sixteen hundred Fifty and ^Eight^ poundes and halfe a pound of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of Eight Hundred ^Twenty^ and Three poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit S Wilmer Clk |
