880 Phillip Broaden serv.t to George Smith Adjudged by this Court to be Nineteen Yeares of Age and to serve according to Act of Assembly S Wilmer Clk A Paper relateing to the pressing of Horses for Publick service and allsoe by his Ex.lcy the Gover as p order of Council of the 15.th day of February referred to the consideracon of that Grand Jury who are by this Court required to make a proper Answer or returne therto James Welch serv.t to James Wattson adjudged by this Court to be Eighteen Yeares of Age and to serve according to Act of Assembly S Wilmer Clk To the Worshipfull the Com.rs for Kent County the humble Peticon of John Green sheweth That Your Peticon.r is a Very decriped and Infirme person of Body and hath been a long time visited w.th sicknesse att the house of Thomas Givin who hath allready in a great measure Extended his Charity toward my Releif in deed beyond this present Ability Now Your Peticon.r humbly prayes Your Worships to take my sad and deplorable condicon into Your serious consideracon and afford me speedy releise otherwise I must Inevitably Perish haveing now nothing left to succor me in this my sad Condicon w.ch if complied with shall as in Duty bound pray &c.a Upon Reading this Peticon Ordered that Thomas Gwyn keepe the said John Green until November Next and that he be allowed then for the same Five hundred poundes of of Tobaccoe |
