The date of the same Writing obligatory Yett Neverthelesse
the sd William the sd sume of quantity of 14
Bushels of Wheat or 1.ll 15.s according to the Ten.r of
the same Writing unto the sd Thomas he hath not
paid allho often demanded but the same to pay
he hath denied and refused wherby Accon hath
accoued to the sd Thomas to have and require of
him the sd William the said sume or quantity of
28 Bushels of Wheat or 3.ll 10.s of like money as aforesd
which sd sume of 28 Bushels of Wheat or 3.ll 10.s the
said William unto the sd Thomas he hath not paid alltho
often demanded but the same to pay he hath denied and
refused to the damage of him the sd Thomas Fifty
Bushels of Wheat and therupon he brings this this suit
