of this County upon their Oathes doe present Hugh Marsh otherwise
called Hugh Marsh of sd County Miller for that he the
sd Hugh on the Tenth day of October Anno Dom 1697 att
Kent County within the Jurisdicon of this Court and in
divers places within the sd County both before and after the
day aforesd did utter sundry peices of money of base inferiour
stamp coine and Mettal to the apparant fraud and decipt
of several of his Maj.ties good people and ag.t the Lawes in
such cases made and provided    Macklin p Dom Rege
