Screech to William Austin for the sume of Seaven hundred
and Thirty poundes of Tobaccoe

Upon Motion made by Robert Hurd Ordered by this
Court that the sd Robert Hurd be cleared by proclamacon
w.ch is accordingly performed and
be discharged paying his Fees            S Wilmer Clk

Williams Evans proves an Acc.tt ag.t John Madbury for the
sume of Four hundred poundes of Tobaccoe and ag.t
Thomas Donniofill for the sume of Four hundred poundes
of Tobaccoe allsoe

Richard Hall being presented p Grand Jury in November last
for being drunk on the sabboth day

Command was therfore given to the sheft of Kent County y.e 25.th
day of November Anno Dom 1697 that he cause the sd Richd
Hall soe that he be and appeare before his Maj.ties Justices att
the next Court to Answer &c.a as above

Att which Court viz the 15.th day of February Anno Dom
the day of Returne of sd Writt came Cap.t Edward Sweatnam
high sheft of sd County and made Returne of sd Writt in
these wordes    Cepi p Edward Sweatnam sheft

And now here att this day came the sd Richard Hall in
his proper person to Answer the sd presentm.t being drawne
unto a Bill p the Clk of y.e Indictm.ts which sd Bill was viz

The Jurors for our Soveraigne Lord the King and for Kent
        County upon their Oathes doe present Richard Hall of
        sd County Cordwainer soe that he the sd Richard on the 1.st
day of November Anno Dom 1697 att Chester lower hundred
in sd County within the Jurisdicon of this Court att the
