said County within the Jurisdicon of this Court haveing in
his hands sundry Acc.ots of Tobaccoe due from several persons
unto them the sd plts delivered to the sd Tidings by sd John
Browne to collect for sd Plts amounting in the whole to y.e
sume of Twenty Thowsand poundes of Tobaccoe and the sd
Jn.o Tidings being soe Impressed as aforesd and undertakeing
to be Receiver of the aforesd plts of the several debts by
them put into his hands to collect upon himselfe assumed
and to the sd plts Faithfully promised that he the sd John
Tidings unto them the sd plts a fair and reasonable Acc.o would
render of all sd debts and Acc.ots by sd plts to him delivered to
collect as aforesd when he should be therunto required Yett
Neverthelesse the sd John Tidings his promise and Assumption
little regarding but plotting contriveing and fraudulently
intending them the sd plts in this behalfe craftily and subtilly
to deceive and defraud An Acc.o of the sd debts of Tobaccoe in
his hands due as aforesd unto them the sd plts he hath not rendered
alltho often required but the same to render he hath denied
and refused and still doth deny and refuse to the damage of y.e
sd plts 30000.ll of Tobaccoe and therupon they bring this accon
                Macklin p q.r pledg &c.a Jn.o Doe Rich Roe

But the sd Defend.t neither by himselfe nor any Att.ry for
him putting in any plea to the above accon

Therfore it is Ordered by this Court that the said John
Tidings doe Render unto them the said Plts their just and
reasonable Acc.o and M.r John Chaires and M.r Nathaniel
Wright are hereby Authorised to call before them the sd
Plts or their Attorney as allsoe the sd Defend.t and to Audit
and Adjoust the Accompts Between them the sd plts and Defd.t
and make report therof unto his Maj.ties Justices att the next
Court
