Under him the s.d Daniell Norris his heires executors & Administrat.rs
by these p.rsents The Rents & services w.ch from henceforth from time
to time For And in Respect of the p.rmises w.ch shall grow Due are
Payable to the Cheef Lord or Lords in Respect of his or their signority
or Signorities only excepted & Foreprized And further y.e s.d
Daniell Norris for himselfe his heires executors Adm.rs and one
of them shall & will from henceforth for & Dureing the space of
seven yeares at y.e Request of y.e s.d John Rodes his heires execut.rs
& Adm.rs or any of them make Doe execute & suffer or Cause to
be made & Done any other act or acts thing or things Devise
or Devises Assurance or Assurances whatsoever Requisite
in y.e Premisses for y.e better assuring & more sure makeing
of y.e afores.d Bargained p.rmises Unto him y.e said John Rodes
his heires execut.rs Administrators or Assignes to his & their
only proper use & behooffe for ever and at y.e proper Cost &
Charges in y.e Law of y.e s.d John Rodes his heires execut.rs &
Administrators be it By Inrolment of these p.rsents Fine
Feafment or by any other Lawfull wayes or meanes as he
y.e s.d John Rodes his heires executors or Administrators
or any of them their Counsell learned in y.e Law shall
