815 Certain Bill or writing obligatory sealed with his seale as his act and deed delivered and here in Court brought whose date is the same day and Yeare did bind himselfe his Heires Ex.rs and Adm.rs to pay or cause to be paid unto the sd Thomas Bruff his Ex.rs Adm.rs or Assignes the sd sume of 1150.ll of Tob quallified as aforesd convenient in Chester River att or upon the Tenth day of October then next Ensueing the date of the same Bill yett Notwithstanding the sd Peter the sd sume of 1150.ll of Tobaccoe according to the Ten.r of the same Bill unto the sd Thomas he hath not paid but the same to pay he hath denied and refused to the damage of the sd Thomas the sume of 2300.ll of Tobaccoe and therupon he brings this suit Earle p q.r pledg &c.a John Doe Ri Roe
