777 And the sd Daniel Norris by Richard Macklin his Attorney comes into Court and confesseth Judgm.t to sd Accon Therfore it is considered by this Court that Plt Eliz.a Coursey in her Capacity doe Recover from the Defend.t Daniel Norris as well the aforesd sume of Twelve hundred and Twenty poundes of Tobaccoe as allsoe the sume of Two hundred Twenty and seaven poundes of Tobaccoe cost of suit Simon Wilmer Clk Command was Given to the sheerif of Kent County y.e 26.th day of March Anno Dom 1697 that he take Thomas Collins if he should be found in his Bailiwick and him safe Keepe soe that he have his Body before his Maj.ties Justices att the next Court to answer unto Peter Paggen & Comp.a &c.a of a plea that he render them the full and just sume of Four hundred seaventy and four poundes of Tobaccoe &c.a Att which Court viz the 22.th day of June Anno Dom 1697 the day of Returne of sd Writt came Cap.t Edward Sweatnam high sheerif of sd County and made Returne of said Writt in these words viz Cepi p me Edw Sweatnam sheft On which day came the said Thomas Collins by Michael Earle his attorney and prayes therof to Imparle untill the next Court which was granted the same time is given to the Plt likewise And now here att this day viz the 25.th day of August Anno Dom 1697 came as Well the said Plts by Richard Macklin their att.ry and allsoe the said Defend.t by Michael Earle his Attorney and the said Accon standing for Tryal
of the Citty of London M.rchant and Comp.a of a plea that he render them the sume of Four hundred Seaventy and four poundes of good |
